Primary responsibilities include managing and executing credit and structured finance transactions in the Financial Institutions Group, including whole loan sales, cash and synthetic securitizations. Associates will perform financial analysis, oversee marketing material preparation, deliver client presentations, coordinate due diligence processes, and support senior staff in transaction management.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of M&A experience in investment banking or Big 4, with at least 3 years of recent FIG-specific sector experience. Strong preference for candidates with credit experience in banking, lending, or specialty finance. Excellent financial knowledge, modeling skills, and the ability to review and train junior analysts are essential. Candidates should demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
