The associate will also coordinate transaction management, conduct market research, and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Required experience includes 3-5 years of M&A experience in investment banking or Big 4, with essential FIG-specific sector expertise. Candidates should have excellent financial knowledge, strong financial modeling capabilities, credit experience, and proficiency in reviewing financial models and valuations. Strong academic background and proven analytical skills are critical.
