Aon is seeking an experienced Client Manager for their Northeast & Cumbria team to manage and grow a book of mid-market commercial insurance clients. The role involves providing tailored insurance solutions, building client relationships, and driving business growth across the region with a hybrid work arrangement.
Primary responsibilities include managing a portfolio of mid-market commercial clients, coordinating insurance services, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering Aon's comprehensive risk management and insurance solutions.
Required experience includes proven client relationship management in the insurance industry, preferably with ACII qualification or equivalent. Candidates should have commercial understanding, experience with mid-market commercial risks, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to client service.
