Job description
Aon is seeking an Account Executive for their Employee Benefits division in Milan. The role involves managing insurance programs for corporate clients, focusing on developing and implementing tailored insurance solutions for expatriate employees across various industry sectors. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment with flexibility between virtual and office-based work.
As an Account Executive in the Employee Benefits division, you will play a crucial role in managing insurance program projects for an assigned client portfolio. Primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing consulting and assistance for identifying, analyzing, and evaluating insurance risks for expatriate employees. You will work closely with clients, specialized insurance companies, and internal colleagues to ensure integrated client management.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the role, with excellent computer skills (particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint). Strong English language proficiency is required, along with problem-solving abilities, commercial orientation, and strong analytical skills. The role demands precise data analysis, commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to organize work effectively in a team environment.
