Job description
Aon is seeking an experienced Client Service Advisor for their South Central Advisory team in Leeds. This hybrid role involves managing client insurance services, coordinating with service teams, and providing tailored insurance solutions for SME and corporate clients across various industries.
The primary responsibilities include liaising with Client Managers to understand client business and insurance requirements, contributing to service plans and presentations, negotiating insurance terms, and maintaining effective client communications. The role involves comprehensive client service management, from marketing presentations to renewal reports.
Required experience includes proven expertise in the insurance industry, strong client relationship management skills, and technical knowledge in commercial risks. Candidates should have a good understanding of FCA Principles, insurance classes like Property/Casualty, and demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
