Required experience includes a Bachelor's degree in Insurance, 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, fluent Dutch and English language skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate clearly and structured. Candidates should be comfortable with numerical work and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
