Job description
A graduate program with Aon's Human Capital Solutions team offering opportunities in Executive Compensation, Reward Advisory, and Data Solutions. Ideal for recent graduates interested in consulting, data analysis, and providing strategic human capital advice to a diverse range of companies.
The primary responsibilities include working collaboratively with clients to understand their human capital needs, performing detailed data analysis, creating client-facing reports and presentations, supporting board and management teams in pay and benefits strategies, and managing data delivery requirements for global rewards programs.
Candidates must have a 2:1 degree (or equivalent), demonstrate commercial awareness, possess strong collaborative skills, and be highly motivated. German language proficiency is an additional asset for the Executive Compensation team. The role requires being naturally curious, able to build positive relationships, and understand business strategies.
