As a Property Broker, you will be responsible for closing insurance policies at the stock exchange, maintaining existing client portfolios, and actively developing new market opportunities. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing risks, negotiating with insurers, and providing expert advice on property insurance for diverse sectors including healthcare, museums, housing corporations, cold storage facilities, and manufacturing industries.
The candidate must possess a completed HBO or WO education, relevant professional experience in Property insurance, and hold or be willing to obtain Wft Basis and Schade certifications. Strong Dutch language skills are essential, with English being an additional advantage. The role requires a professional who can effectively communicate with team members, account management, clients, and insurers throughout the entire process.
