This role involves overseeing and managing a P&C facultative reinsurance portfolio, ensuring efficient contract execution, renewal, and communication with clients and partners. The professional will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, contributing to Aon's strategic growth in the CEE region.
The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in reinsurance or reinsurance brokerage, with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities in Polish and English, and a proven track record of client relationship management. Proficiency in problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.
