Job description
A commercial role in the Health and Provident ETI (Intermediate-sized Enterprises) department at Aon, focusing on business development, client relationship management, and portfolio growth. Ideal for a dynamic professional with at least 3 years of commercial experience in insurance, who can drive sales, maintain client relationships, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives.
This role involves guaranteeing sales targets in health and provident insurance by managing portfolio profitability, maintaining client portfolios, conducting national business travels, and ensuring Aon's reputation through strategic client interactions and business development.
The ideal candidate should have a Bac+4/5 degree in Commerce or Insurance, with a minimum of 3 years of successful commercial experience, preferably in insurance companies or brokerage. Strong organizational skills, tenacity, team spirit, English proficiency, and a valid driving license are essential.
