The Broking Manager will be responsible for comprehensive management of insurance programs for an assigned client portfolio. This includes daily coordination with internal functions such as Verticals, Specialties, Claims, and Consulting, and developing strategic approaches to risk placement and insurance solutions.
The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of consolidated experience in the insurance sector, with strong technical knowledge in property and casualty insurance. They should demonstrate expertise in managing corporate clients independently, possess excellent data analysis capabilities, and showcase strong communication and teamwork skills.
