Job description
Aon is seeking a Business Developer for their Public Entities and Private Healthcare Commercial Direction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment focusing on business development, client acquisition, and strategic commercial planning in the public and private healthcare sectors.
The primary responsibilities include mapping and analyzing potential business prospects, organizing commercial meetings, representing Aon's commercial proposition, collaborating on technical bid customization, maintaining Aon Connect, participating in industry events, monitoring target achievements, and actively sharing insights with territorial offices and solution teams.
Required experience includes strong interpersonal and commercial skills, willingness to travel frequently, critical data analysis abilities, team collaboration capabilities, preferential knowledge of public administration, healthcare, and public procurement dynamics. Candidates should have an orientation towards innovation, result-focused approach, priority setting skills, and excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
