As a Business Developer, your primary responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for introducing clients to service teams, developing innovative solutions to increase business volume, and contributing to the sales department's strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree, at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You should be entrepreneurial, able to deal with C-level clients, and have a strong understanding of the Slovak business environment. Fluency in English and Slovak is required, along with strong planning and organizational abilities.
