Job description
Aon Romania is seeking a Business Development Executive for their Bucharest office. The ideal candidate will develop corporate client portfolios in insurance and consulting services, with a focus on strategic thinking, advanced negotiation techniques, and client relationship management. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong sales experience in the corporate insurance sector.
The primary responsibilities include strategic sales thinking, managing a client portfolio for one year after client acquisition, and developing corporate client portfolios across insurance and consulting services. The role involves attracting new corporate clients and maintaining comprehensive client relationships.
Required experience includes a university degree (preferably in economics or management), minimum 3 years of experience in corporate insurance, advanced English language skills, willingness to travel domestically and internationally, strong team coordination abilities, and proven sales negotiation skills. Candidates must be dynamic, flexible, results-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
