Primary responsibilities include achieving new business targets within a universe of approximately 200 prospective clients, building relationships at the highest organizational levels, understanding client business strategies and challenges, and articulating Aon's tailored solutions to meet their unique risk management needs.
Required experience includes proven sales and new business development experience in the insurance industry, strong interpersonal skills for impressing in prospect meetings, commercial awareness, ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and client service teams, and a results-focused approach.
