Aon is seeking a Governance Analyst to manage complaints framework within their Business Governance team. This is a 12-month fixed-term role based in Kraków, focusing on supporting business units in managing complaints, preparing regulatory reports, and ensuring compliance with policy requirements.
Primary responsibilities involve managing the complaints framework, logging complaints according to policy, preparing various reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly), maintaining complaints documentation, and supporting regulatory compliance processes across different business units.
Required experience includes commercial understanding of business and insurance markets, experience in risk and control environments, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach with meticulous attention to detail.
