The primary responsibilities include providing administrative support for captive insurance companies, assisting with risk and compliance matters, preparing for board meetings, supporting function holders, and participating in creating management accounts and statutory reporting.
The role requires a Swiss commercial apprenticeship, 3-5 years of experience in the (re)insurance industry, strong knowledge of insurance regulations and risk management, and excellent German and English language skills. Candidates should have a high degree of confidentiality, administrative aptitude, and a client-oriented mindset.
