Aon is seeking an experienced Financial Lines Claims professional to manage complex claims processes for global financial institutions. The role involves negotiating claims, analyzing data, and coordinating settlements with underwriters and clients in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end claims process for Financial Lines claims, including first notification of loss for Directors & Officers (D&O), Professional Indemnity (PI), and Crime claims. Key responsibilities involve negotiating and liaising with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters, and appointed authorities like loss adjusters and lawyers. You will conduct data analysis to establish claims history, identify trends and patterns, and coordinate discussions to ensure superior communication between clients and underwriters.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience dealing with claims from first notification of loss to resolution. Essential skills include in-depth knowledge of Financial Lines Claims, confidence in coordinating discussions with networks, clients, and underwriters, and preferential experience with CLASS and ECF Processing systems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, along with exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to navigate complex claims environments.
