Job description
An exciting hybrid role for experienced Professional Indemnity (PI) Claims professionals with knowledge of London Market claims processes. The role involves managing, strategizing, and processing financial lines claims for professional services groups, with flexibility to work virtually and from the Chelmsford office.
This role is primarily responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of Professional Indemnity claims, including first notification of loss, negotiating with markets, clients, and stakeholders, conducting data analysis to identify claim trends, and coordinating settlement discussions.
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience handling claims from first notification to resolution, strong knowledge of Professional Indemnity claims processes, proficiency in CLASS and ECF processing systems, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Candidates should be confident in coordinating discussions with networks, clients, underwriters, and experts.
