Job description
Aon is seeking an experienced Claims Advocate to handle London Market Facultative Reinsurance claims for key clients. This hybrid role offers flexibility between virtual and office work, focusing on negotiating, resolving, and managing complex insurance claims across the Aon network.
Primary responsibilities include negotiating claims collection and settlement with clients and underwriters, facilitating coverage resolution, maintaining market relationships, liaising with Aon teams, supervising accounting processes, and providing technical support for pre-renewal meetings and complex claim data collection.
Required experience includes excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work in fast-paced environments, strong negotiation abilities, proficient IT skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Candidates should have a background in Insurance/Reinsurance claims and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
