As a Claims Handler Liability, you will be responsible for end-to-end administrative management of insurance claim files. This includes opening new claim files, thoroughly investigating damage claims, examining warranties, facts, and circumstances, establishing and tracking claim reserves, appointing experts, analyzing expert reports, determining intervention positions, managing payments, pursuing recourse claims, and closing files.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in law or insurance, preferably with several years of experience in claims management. Strong communication skills in Dutch and French are essential, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Candidates should demonstrate excellent teamwork capabilities and attention to detail in claims processing.
