The ideal candidate requires experience in claims management from first notification to resolution, proficiency with CLASS and ECF Processing systems, strong Excel and Word skills, and excellent interpersonal communication. A-level or equivalent and Cert CII certification is desirable, with demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex claims processing systems.
