Primary responsibilities include organizing daily claims operations, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements, implementing efficient task allocation processes, and providing proactive support to team members. The manager will coordinate projects to enhance service delivery and manage team transitions.
Required experience includes a university degree (preferably in insurance, accounting, economics, finance, or administration), minimum 3 years of team management experience, extensive claims process knowledge, strong communication skills in English (C1 level), and the ability to develop solutions for complex claims challenges.
