As a Claims Team Manager, your primary responsibilities include organizing and supervising daily claims operations, implementing efficient task allocation processes, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and proactively supporting team members to facilitate effective communication and timely issue resolution.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years of team management experience, a university degree preferably in insurance, accounting, economics, finance, or administration. Candidates must demonstrate extensive knowledge of claims processes, ability to develop and implement claims strategies, and strong leadership skills with proven capacity to motivate, coach, and provide constructive feedback.
