As a Client Coordinator for Aon's Intermediary Organization in the Netherlands, you will be responsible for guiding intermediaries through insurance-related questions and processing, ensuring they receive the best possible service while maintaining compliance and managing case progress.
Primary responsibilities include acting as the central point of contact for intermediaries, coordinating and monitoring the progress of outstanding actions related to property insurance, and maintaining comprehensive communication with Aon colleagues while ensuring all documentation meets compliance requirements.
The role requires a minimum MBO work and thinking level with strong affinity for the insurance industry, preferably with prior experience in a similar function. Candidates should possess excellent social and communication skills, be willing to obtain or already have Wft Basis and Damage certification, and demonstrate a structured, energetic approach to work.
