Job description
Aon is seeking an experienced Client Director/Senior Account Executive to manage a portfolio of mid-market corporate clients in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have strong client relationship management skills, technical insurance knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic client interactions.
This role involves being the primary contact for mid-market corporate clients, delivering comprehensive insurance solutions and risk management services. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, developing tailored insurance programs, and providing strategic advice on risk transfer and management.
Candidates must have proven experience in commercial insurance, with a strong technical background in insurance risk classes, client management, and sales. Essential qualifications include FCII/ACII certification, extensive knowledge of insurance market dynamics, and demonstrated ability to work with senior business leaders.
