Aon's Global Broking Centre is seeking a Client Director/Broker for their Marine Hull team in London. The role involves managing client accounts, developing business strategies, and providing technical insurance advice in the marine sector. This hybrid position offers an opportunity to work with a global insurance brokerage, serving international clients across multiple markets.
The primary responsibilities include comprehensive client management in marine hull insurance, involving day-to-day account running, client retention, new business development, and coordinating insurance negotiations in Lloyd's and Company Markets. The role requires leading renewal strategy meetings, delivering market roadshows, and providing exceptional client service across global networks.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent technical knowledge in Marine Hull & Builders Risks, exceptional negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and profound understanding of London and global insurance markets. Required skills include technical insurance expertise, data interpretation, market relationship management, and the ability to develop and present complex insurance programs.
