Job description
A pivotal role in Aon's Client Partner division supporting top clients in Milan and Western Lombardy. The ideal candidate will coordinate client needs across solutions, manage client portfolios, drive revenue, and develop both existing and new business relationships with national and international market-leading companies.
Primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, tracking opportunities in Aon Connect, conducting monthly commercial meetings, coordinating integrated client management, inviting clients to events, promoting consulting services, and actively participating in industry associations.
Required experience includes minimum 4 years in insurance sector managing client portfolios, strong commercial activities, excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint), good English proficiency, problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and commercial orientation.
