The primary responsibilities include managing client portfolios, conducting periodic client visits, performing revenue forecasting, tracking opportunities in the Aon Connect system, participating in monthly commercial meetings, coordinating with internal solution teams, and promoting Aon's consulting services to clients and prospects.
The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in the insurance sector, with a proven track record of client portfolio management and commercial activities. Required skills include excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint), good English communication skills, problem-solving abilities, strong commercial orientation, and exceptional interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
