Job description
Aon is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager for their UK Retail business in Newcastle. This hybrid role involves leading a team of Client Service Advisers, managing service levels, and delivering high-quality insurance solutions to corporate clients with premiums between £250,000 and £5,000,000. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, insurance industry knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Primary responsibilities include coordinating and managing high-quality client services for commercial insurance products, ensuring effective communication with client managers, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence within the team.
Required experience includes insurance industry knowledge (ACII preferred), people management skills, technical proficiency, ability to prioritize work, embrace change, and demonstrate organizational capabilities. Candidates should have proven experience in mentoring colleagues and delivering accurate, timely results.
