Required skills include advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Local government or pensions service industry experience is desirable but not essential. Candidates should be able to work effectively in a hybrid environment and demonstrate technical competence in data analysis.
