Job description
Aon is seeking an experienced Claims Advocate with a minimum of 5 years in Construction, Energy, or Engineering claims handling. The role involves managing high-profile client portfolios, navigating complex claims, and providing exceptional client advocacy to secure the best possible claims outcomes in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
As a key Claims Advocate, you will manage high-value Construction & Infrastructure claims from inception to resolution, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your primary responsibilities include proactively managing a complex claims portfolio, providing strategic advice to clients, and facilitating efficient claims handling processes across various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of claims handling experience in Construction or related industries, with proven expertise in managing sophisticated claims. You should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of Construction insurance principles, and preferably hold an ACII or ACILA qualification. Technical proficiency in claims management and a track record of delivering results in a client-facing environment are crucial.
