The role requires a minimum of 3 years of B2B Customer Experience or marketing experience, with a proven track record in analyzing customer journeys, understanding loyalty metrics, and driving process optimization. You should have a HBO diploma preferably in Marketing or Customer Experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
