Aon is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Client Director to join their dynamic commercial team in Paris. The role involves managing a client portfolio, developing business relationships, analyzing client risks, and driving commercial strategy with a focus on performance and client satisfaction.
This role involves guaranteeing commercial results for assigned client portfolios, maintaining client relationships, analyzing client risks, conducting comprehensive client studies, coordinating client interactions across different Aon departments, and actively developing new business through systematic prospecting and strategic targeting of specific market segments.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Commerce/Insurance, with at least 5 years of successful commercial experience specifically in Property & Casualty Enterprise insurance, preferably from an insurance company or brokerage. Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and strategic business development are essential. Advanced proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools is required.
