Aon is seeking an experienced International Business Account Director in Madrid to manage both Incoming and Outgoing international business accounts. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in account management, a strong technical understanding of insurance sectors, and excellent communication skills in English and preferably French.
This role involves managing international business accounts, meeting budget targets for portfolio and new production, cross-selling Aon's professional services, and maintaining high-quality client service standards across different Aon departments.
The candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in similar roles, extensive technical knowledge of insurance sectors including professional liability and damages, proficiency in English (C1-C2 level), and preferably French language skills. Strong commercial abilities, team management skills, and proactive problem-solving capabilities are essential.
