Job description
Aon is seeking an experienced International Business Account Director to manage international business accounts in Madrid. The role involves managing both incoming and outgoing international business portfolios, with a focus on cross-selling services and maintaining high-quality client relationships in the insurance and global client networks.
The primary responsibilities include meeting assigned budget targets for existing and new portfolio production, facilitating cross-selling of professional services across Aon's product range, proactively identifying international business opportunities, executing Aon's strategic initiatives, maintaining client service levels, and coordinating with different Aon departments to ensure comprehensive and satisfactory client service.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in similar roles, extensive technical knowledge of insurance sectors including professional liability and property damage, experience in managing international programs, high-level English proficiency (C1-C2), and preferably knowledge of French. Strong commercial skills, client orientation, team collaboration, negotiation abilities, and team management capabilities are essential.
