Aon is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join their Global Enterprise Architecture team in Krakow, Poland. The role involves collaborating with local and global teams to define and support services, processes, and technology platforms across cloud environments. The ideal candidate will help establish new standards, reference architectures, and patterns for cloud services and application rationalization.
Primary responsibilities include analyzing business drivers to design enterprise systems, collaborating with application architects, facilitating software product evaluations, consulting on infrastructure development projects, leading application rationalization efforts, and providing guidance on ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management practices.
Required experience includes 3+ years of enterprise architecture, 5+ years of IT engineering, proven cloud architecture experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), hands-on application rationalization skills, proficiency in creating cloud environment designs, expertise in enterprise architecture modeling tools, knowledge of TOGAF and IT Architecture Governance processes, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
