This role involves supporting executives primarily in London, but also remotely across EMEA and globally.
The primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive technology support to executive-level colleagues, handling hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. This involves delivering professional, customer-focused IT assistance with a commitment to achieving the highest level of service while supporting corporate computing infrastructure.
Required experience includes strong technical proficiency, excellent communication skills (both technical and non-technical), and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels.
