This role offers an opportunity to work in a global Application Support Team focused on a key Policy Management and Technical Accounting Application called 'Evolution'. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent Dutch and English language skills, and will support technical accounting processes in a dynamic global environment.
Primary responsibilities include coordinating with end users through Aon's ServiceNow ticketing system, analyzing and documenting technical issues, suggesting solutions, liaising with software vendors, assisting with software deployments and UAT testing, and communicating with stakeholders about issue development and system configurations.
Required experience includes strong functional understanding of insurance and financial business operations, advanced analytical skills, project planning capabilities, testing protocol knowledge, business needs analysis expertise, and specific accounting experience in areas like Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Reconciliations. Candidates must demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and document complex solutions.
