Job description
This role offers an opportunity to work in a global Application Support Team focusing on a Policy Management and Technical Accounting Application called 'Evolution'. The candidate must have a strong accounting background and strong French language skills, and will be supporting technical aspects of a key business application used across multiple global broking companies.
Primary responsibilities include coordinating with end users to resolve technical issues through Aon's ServiceNow ticketing system, analyzing and documenting system problems, assisting with software deployment and UAT testing, documenting and submitting system bugs, communicating with stakeholders, and making configuration changes within the application.
Required skills include fluent English and French (B2+ level), strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player mentality, detailed documentation abilities, functional understanding of insurance and financial business operations, project analysis skills, testing protocol knowledge, and strong analytical capabilities with specific experience in accounting areas like Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Reconciliations.
