This role offers an opportunity to work in a global Application Support Team focused on a key Policy Management and Technical Accounting Application called 'Evolution'. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and be responsible for supporting and improving the technical accounting system used across Aon's global operations.
Primary responsibilities include coordinating with end users to resolve system issues through Aon's Service Now ticketing system, developing innovative solutions, analyzing and documenting technical problems, assisting with software deployments, conducting UAT testing, documenting system bugs, and communicating with stakeholders about issue developments.
Required experience includes strong English and German language skills (minimum B2+), functional understanding of insurance and financial business operations, experience in accounting areas like Accounts Receivable/Payable/General Ledger, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project analysis capabilities, testing protocol understanding, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
