The primary responsibilities include developing and delivering member presentations for Aon Pension products, trust-based clients, Aon Retirement Service, and Financial Wellbeing seminars. The role requires delivering presentations, conducting one-to-one guidance sessions, developing new fee revenue from existing clients, and maintaining a personal utilization target of a minimum of 4 days per week of client-facing work.
The ideal candidate will have DC pensions experience, strong presentation skills, and a passion for helping people. A Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning would be advantageous. The role requires a confident and engaging presenter who understands the power of face-to-face communication and can deliver excellent feedback.
