Job description
Aon is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Consultant in Dublin who can provide tailored financial advice to clients, generate leads, and manage client relationships. The role requires strong consultative skills, financial planning expertise, and the ability to deliver comprehensive financial guidance across retirement planning, investments, and other financial areas.
As a Financial Planning Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include meeting clients, generating leads, providing financial advice to a new and existing client base, managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and adhering to regulatory standards. You'll be responsible for project work and continuous relationship building within the Aon client portfolio.
The ideal candidate must have previous consultative financial planning experience, preferably using Voyant for client engagements. They should be acquired or working towards a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualification, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, have a proven track record of delivering sales targets, and possess a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory requirements. Strong presentation and communication skills, along with the ability to generate leads from a corporate client base, are essential.
