Aon is seeking experienced Full Stack/Front End Engineers to work in their global Solutions Architecture group. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using .NET and React frameworks, with a focus on supporting their Commercial Risk Solutions ecosystem.
Primary responsibilities include developing software applications using .NET and React, designing efficient and reliable code, working closely with project managers and business analysts, debugging software defects, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.
Required experience includes a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, 5-7 years of software development experience with .NET and React, strong understanding of object-oriented programming, proficiency in C#, .NET Core, MVC .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL Server. Candidates should have experience with secure coding practices, agile methodologies, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
