This role focuses on client partnership and business development, including retaining existing client relationships, identifying strategic needs, developing solutions, and leveraging Aon's global network to generate insights and strategic solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of insurance sector experience, an Insurance Federal Diploma or Bachelor's degree, strong team leadership skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities in English and French. Experience in senior account management and a commercial/technical background are crucial.
