Job description
As an Internal Account Manager for Mid Market at Aon, you will be the primary point of contact for business clients, providing expert advice on damage and income insurance. You will manage a business portfolio of around 150 clients with 20-300 employees and work closely with Account Managers to deliver optimal service and expand the client base.
As an Internal Account Manager, you will manage a business portfolio of approximately 150 clients with 20-300 employees and an annual turnover of 25-75 million euros. Your primary responsibilities include planning and preparing client visits, following up on action items, analyzing risks, translating these into appropriate solutions, requesting and evaluating quotations, and ensuring compliance with customer dossiers.
You will need to have an HBO (higher professional education) level, possess specific insurance certifications including WFT basis, Damage Retail, Damage Business, and WFT Income. Strong communication skills, structural work approach, and proficiency with computer systems are essential. You should be driven, adaptable, and capable of handling work pressure while taking responsibility and seeing change as an opportunity.
Aon offers a competitive compensation package ranging between €3,200 and €4,312 per month, with a flexible salary component of 19.21%.
