Job description
Aon is seeking a Junior Claims Administrator with strong Spanish and English language skills to work in their Claims Operations team in Krakow, Poland. The role involves promptly reviewing and managing insurance claims, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders while demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The role involves promptly reviewing insurance claims, establishing contact with key parties, providing quality customer service, and ensuring timely communication and file quality. Key responsibilities include analyzing policy information, updating stakeholders on new facts, identifying operational risks, and escalating issues appropriately.
Candidates must have functional knowledge of claims management processes, strong understanding of legal and regulatory environments, proficiency in MS Office, high attention to detail, and excellent data analysis skills. The ideal candidate will have good numerical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills focused on client needs.
