Job description
Aon is seeking a Junior Claims Administrator with Spanish language skills in Krakow, Poland. The role involves promptly reviewing and managing insurance claims, providing quality customer service, and communicating effectively with stakeholders while demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
This role focuses on promptly establishing contact with parties and stakeholders, performing urgent claims processing, providing quality customer service, and ensuring timely and accurate coverage analysis and communication. Key responsibilities include managing claim files, communicating with insureds and general counsel, updating parties on new facts, identifying operational risks, and maintaining high-quality file management.
The ideal candidate will have functional knowledge of claims management processes, strong market understanding, excellent legal and regulatory awareness, proficiency in MS Office, high attention to detail, strong numerical skills, data analysis capabilities, and risk identification skills. Spanish language proficiency at C1 level and English at B2+ level are essential, along with excellent communication and creative problem-solving abilities.
