Job description
This is a pivotal role within the Reinsurance Operations team in London, focused on supporting critical operational functions. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who can manage multiple administrative tasks across control risk, governance, reporting, and strategic projects with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely execution.
This role involves assisting the Reinsurance Solutions Operations team in critical administrative tasks including contract certainty monitoring, mandatory training tracking, conflict of interest reporting, onboarding processes, collateral markets reporting, and operational resilience initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, strong interpersonal communication abilities, and the capability to work effectively across different organizational levels. Experience in tracking team performance, supporting strategic projects, and demonstrating strong relationship-building skills are key requirements.
