Job description
Aon is seeking a detail-oriented Pension Administrator in Birmingham who will provide high-quality administrative support for pension services. The role requires strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment, processing transactions and managing client queries efficiently.
As a Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing pension-related transactions and queries, following client-specific procedures, meeting deadlines, and achieving team and individual performance targets. Key responsibilities include transaction processing, adhering to client requirements, applying team procedures, and maintaining high-quality standards across all administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have administrative experience in a corporate setting, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. The role requires a team player who can work under tight deadlines and is committed to maintaining technical knowledge and regulatory compliance.
